Please join us for our monthly Irish set dance at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center this Saturday, February 11th from 2-5pm! We'll be dancing to live music by Michal Sinak!

Monthly Dances at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center

Please join us for beginner-friendly Irish set dances at the Wil-Mar on the second Saturday of the month from 2-5pm. Our next dance is on February 11th!

Don't worry if you're not a seasoned set dancer - all dances will be called. We'll be using gender-neutral (raven/lark) terminology. No partner necessary.

A suggested donation of $10 contributes to the room rental and music, but no one will be excluded due to inability to pay.

When: Saturday February 11th from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m (Short beginner introduction offered at the beginning - Come a few minutes early if you are brand new!)

Where: Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, 953 Jenifer St, Madison, WI 53703

Covid policy: Vaccinations required. Masks welcome but optional. Subject to change based on community health guidelines.

Get Ready for Saint Patrick's Day with a Beginner Crash Course!

Mark your calendars and invite your friends! On Saturday, March 11th, we'll be hosting an expanded version of our usual monthly dance from 2-6pm.

2:00-3:00: Hour-long beginner set dance lesson!  Bring your friends and family!

3:00-6:00: Beginner-friendly dancing and live music!  

Note: There is so much music and dancing in the Midwest on Saturday nights!  Since this March event runs longer than our typical events, we understand some of you may only be able to attend for part of the event.  We'll be so glad to see you, for however long you're able to join us!

There will not be a dance on April 8th, but save the date for a house dance on April 29th!  We'll be back to our regular second Saturdays dances on May 13th and June 10th!
